Orders & Shipping
Every watch ships from Melbourne within 5 business days of purchase (up to 7 during busy periods). Delivery then takes 2-5 business days in Australia and New Zealand, and 10-14 business days internationally. You'll get a tracking email once your order is dispatched.
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order, worldwide. If you'd like your watch sooner, you can upgrade to express shipping for a flat fee at checkout.
Customers in the USA pay nothing extra on delivery, because duties are prepaid. For other countries outside Australia, duties, import taxes or fees may apply on arrival, set by your local customs authority. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
Yes. Tracking details are emailed as soon as your watch is dispatched.
Returns & Warranty
You can return a watch within 14 days of delivery if it's in original, unworn condition. Start the request through your customer account. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and we recommend a tracked service.
Once we've inspected your return, approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.
Manufacturing defects in the movement, hands, crown, bezel, case, bracelet and assembly under normal use. It doesn't cover scratches, normal wear, accidental or impact damage, unauthorised modifications, or water damage from a crown that wasn't fully secured.

The Watches
Each one is hand-assembled in Melbourne and inspected before it ships.
We source genuine Japanese automatic movements from Seiko's TMI group and Miyota, two of the most trusted movement makers in the industry. Automatics are powered by the motion of your wrist, so there's no battery to replace. The exact movement depends on the model. For example, the Glacier GMT uses the NH34 automatic GMT movement.
Yes, but ratings differ by model. For example, the Glacier GMT is rated to 200m and the Maelstrom to 5 ATM. Check each product page for the exact rating. Always make sure the crown is fully secured before getting your watch wet.
A GMT watch has an extra 24-hour hand, so you can track a second (or even third) time zone alongside local time. It's built for travel.
Pre-Orders & Discounts
Pre-order watches, like the limited-run Maelstrom, ship once production is complete. The Maelstrom is expected to dispatch in November.
