Returns & Refunds

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us within 14 days of delivery by logging into your customer account at ateliermelb.com.au/account - navigating to your order, and submitting a return or cancellation request. You may also contact us directly at info@ateliermelb.com.au

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

Refunds

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or within 14 days of you providing proof of return — whichever is earlier. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and will include the standard outbound shipping cost. We do not refund premium or express shipping upgrades.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. If you are responsible for return shipping, we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Exemptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom or personalised timepieces made to your specifications
• Items that have been worn, damaged, or modified after delivery
• Items where the seal has been broken for hygiene reasons (where applicable)

General Returns

Outside of EU withdrawal rights, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition. Please initiate all return requests through your customer account at https://shopify.com/81978228985/account.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
