2-Year International Warranty

Every Atelier timepiece is backed by a 2-year international warranty for confidence from the first wear.

Your watch is covered against manufacturing defects relating to the movement, hands, crown, bezel, case, bracelet, and assembly under normal use. Each piece is inspected before shipping from Melbourne to ensure it arrives ready to wear.

If an issue occurs, contact Atelier with your order number and we will guide you through the inspection, repair, or replacement process.

Warranty does not cover scratches, normal wear, accidental damage, impact damage, unauthorised modifications, or water damage caused by the crown not being properly secured.
